Project Overview
Challenge: The goal was to rebrand USMTO and its sister brand to align with AMT's overarching brand identity. Additionally, the project required a website redesign to enhance the user experience and provide improved accessibility to customer data.
Solution: A cohesive visual identity was developed for USMTO, seamlessly integrating it into AMT’s established brand standards. The website redesign focused on creating a user-friendly interface that allowed quick and intuitive access to data insights. This refreshed design and improved user experience were also extended to CTPG, another benchmarking report under MTInsight, AMT’s business intelligence service.
Role: As the Lead Designer, I directed the design team in developing a unified brand identity and a functional UI/UX. I collaborated closely with the Director of Marketing & Communication, the Chief Knowledge Officer, and the DevOps team to ensure smooth implementation of the redesign.
Results: The project successfully strengthened brand consistency across multiple platforms. Additionally, the enhanced website usability led to improved customer satisfaction and engagement.
